- Graham’s first band Barstool Prophets signed with Mercury Records in 1994
- released 2 CDs ‘Crank’(1995) and ‘Last of the Big Game Hunters’(1997) with Mercury
- toured Canada and northern US incessantly from 1994-99
- singles ‘Paranoia’, ‘Little Death’, ‘Mankindman’, Last of the Big Game Hunters’, ‘Upsidedown’ and ‘Vigilante’ were all Canadian rock radio hits
- “Paranoia’ was featured in the Alliance/Atlantis major motion picture ‘Never Talk to Strangers’ starring Antonio Banderas and Rebecca Demornay and featured on soundtrack album (released by Scotti Bros. worldwide)
- Barstool Prophets disbanded in 1999
- released one solo CD in 2003 under the name ‘Moonlight Graham’ mixed by Joe Hardy(ZZ Top, Steve Earle, Tom Cochrane)
- released second CD “Grahan Greer”, co-produced by Graham, Joe Hardy and guitarist Todd Huckabone
- recently named ‘Best Male’ at 2009 Barrie New Music Awards
- recently named Canadian People’s Choice in 2009 NPR Mountain Stage Newsong Contest
- song ‘Wire-Walker’ received an ‘Honorable Mention’ in the 2009 New York Songwriter’s Circle
- ‘Wire-Walker’ received an ‘Honorable Mention’ in 2010 Nashville Songwriters Association Song Contest
- song ‘Bring Me Fire’ came 2nd in the Ottawa regional 2010 Virgin Radio Star Songwriting Competition

- Graham has opened club dates for a variety of artists from David Lindley to Dave Matthews and has performed for crowds of up to 15000 in festival settings.
